The title song ‘Is It You or That Time (A Sleepless Night)’ is a medium tempo rock genre song with an impressive introduction of a unique whistle sound. Quoting poet Ha Sang-wook’s verse ‘Is It You or That Time (A Sleepless Night)’, the song describes a situation where memories of a former lover cannot leave one’s mind, and recurring memories and longing still linger.
