Billie continues her story with her fourth mini-album [the Billage of perception: chapter three].
Since his debut album, Billy has composed each album of two series: reality, dreams, and the unconscious, with the mysterious story of ‘Billlie Love, who seemed to have always been with us, disappearing on the 11th day when purple rain fell.’ Billy has continued to pursue his own path by expressing himself through various works of art and music genres, and fans have given him the nickname ‘Believers (Billy + Universe)’ to refer to the works he creates. The title song of the 4th mini album, ‘EUNOIA’, is composed by the music of the producing team PixelWave and singer-songwriter YOUHA, who worked with Billy for the first time on this album, and lyrics by writer Le’mon, who has been in a relationship with Billy since his debut album. It continues the complete music and story of ‘Believers’ from the 4th album.
This album, like the previous ones, has a solid foundation with a musical narrative that runs through all the songs except the title track and the opening track to the last track of the album. Lee Woo-min “collapsedone”, Justin Reinstein, minGtion, The super luxurious lineup of writers including team GALACTIKA*, Jo Yoon-kyung, LLANO, and Geumto maximized the perfection of the entire album with music and narrative that only Billy can express. In addition, the music video for the title song and the sub-song ‘enchanted night ~ ‘ The visual story film was directed by Kwak Du-ri, who added sensational video art, and pop artist Regina Kim, who continued her work by reconstructing the continuity of the story with sensational artwork, once again completing Billy’s unique visual art.
In [the Billage of perception: chapter three], Billy continues the story of what happened to us on the day or some unspecified time when Billy Love disappeared.

The sub-song ‘enchanted night ~ ‘ is an alternative disco pop genre song, a danceable and groovy track in the neo-funk style with analog synth elements.
Based on the Stephen Millhauser novel of the same name, the song is about the emotions and stories we share with our friends as we walk together in the middle of the night when we were young.

The title song ‘EUNOIA’ is an alternative funk pop track that combines elements of synth wave, disco, and G-funk with a 90’s old school hip hop vibe, completing it with a unique and exotic style that only Billy can express.
The song’s title, ‘EUNOIA’, is a word derived from an ancient Greek word used in ancient rhetoric, meaning ‘a beautiful and precious thought’, and it is about the idea that we all have two sides, and that in order to become our true selves, we must acknowledge that side. It contains a message that we must realize how to accept and embrace each other.

‘Extra-ordinary’ is an old school funk number and a mid-tempo floor danceable track, with solid and funky phrases of electrified jazz bass in the style of UK acid jazz leading the entire song.
It has a composition that unfolds in the first-person perspective the worries and feelings of Billy, who had not been seen behind a veil until now, toward the protagonist, ‘Na’, who has changed after ‘that day’.
