Remake project ‘Rewind: Blossom’ cassette tape released!

‘Rewind: Blossom’, a collaboration between Stone Music Entertainment, KT, and Genie Music, was released between the 1990s and the early 2000s, and has been loved by many musicians of the present era. A total of 8 songs were released over two days on March 12th and March 26th. Unlike general albums, it is expected to bring back memories of the past by releasing actual albums only on cassette tapes rather than CDs, while providing a different kind of analog fun to the MZ generation who are familiar with digital.

The first title song of ‘Rewind: Blossom’ is ‘Doll’, a collaboration between Baekhyun and Doyoung. ‘Doll’, released in 2001, was a hit song written and composed by singer-songwriter Kangta and sung by Lee Ji-hoon and Shin Hye-sung.

Among them, Baekhyun and Doyoung, who are considered top idol vocalists, are raising expectations by revealing that they will reinterpret ‘doll’ with a new sensibility in about 20 years. It is rumored that the two created a song that brings back beautiful memories of the past by showing unique vocals and sweet harmony.
