Last January, not only did (G)I-DLE showcase a powerful and charismatic stage unique to (G)I-DLE with the title song of their 2nd full-length album, ‘Super Lady’, but they also achieved No. 1 on major domestic music charts with the b-side song ‘Because I Hate Being Hurt’. (G)I-DLE, who has recorded ‘PAK’ (Perfect All Kill) three times in a row, returns this time with a summer song full of refreshing summer sensibility and bright energy.

(G)I-DLE’s 7th mini album [I SWAY], which will hit this summer, uses the word ‘SWAY’ to create a natural, swaying atmosphere with the cool summer breeze, rippling waves, and (G)I-DLE’s exciting music. This is an album that depicts enjoying the moment. This album, which exudes the joy of free and leisurely days and the cool scent of summer, proves (G)I-DLE’s ability to digest a wide range of concepts and a diverse musical spectrum that is not limited by genre.

The title song ‘Klaxon’ is a summer dance song that announces the arrival of an exciting summer with refreshing strings, brass sounds, groovy bass, and rhythmic guitar sounds. Through the catchy refrain that uses the sound of a car horn as lyrics and the retro word ‘claction’, the song gives the song a new stylish Y2K mood in (G)I-DLE’s unique style.
Lyrics such as ‘Honk honk hit the pleasure’ wittily express the feelings of someone in love, and the composition of the music video, which is structured like a romantic musical, doubles the excitement.

(G)I-DLE members participated in writing and composing all of the songs included in this album, solidifying their title as self-producing artists once again. In particular, ‘Neverland’, written solely by members Miyeon and Woogi, is like a letter from (G)I-DLE to the fandom ‘Neverland’. After an unexpected time and countless paths, (G) finally met Neverland. The lyrics clearly capture the children and their own journey that began at that moment. ‘Neverland’, a folk rock genre song with an impressive flowing guitar riff, gives a glimpse into the warm hearts of (G)I-DLE, who want to forget all the tiring and difficult moments while running to meet Neverland and dream a new dream together.

In addition, the second track, ‘Last Forever’, is a self-composed song by member Yuqi, and sings about the footsteps of (G)I-DLE, who have been running tirelessly for the past seven years. It contains the passion for the dream that has remained unchanged until reaching the current position, and the earnest hope that (G)I-DLE’s hopes and wishes will be fully conveyed over time through this song.
