Last January, (G)I-dle not only showed off their signature powerful and charismatic stage with their second full-length album’s title song “Super Lady,” but also achieved #1 on major domestic music charts with the track “I Hate Being Hurt,” recording their 4th consecutive “PAK” (Perfect All-Kill). This time, (G)I-dle returns with a summer song full of refreshing summer emotions and bright energy.

(G)I-DLE’s 7th mini album [I SWAY], which will hit this summer, is an album that utilizes the word ‘SWAY’ to naturally sway and enjoy the moments of the season with a perfect harmony of the cool summer breeze, rolling waves, and (G)I-DLE’s exciting music. This album, which is full of the joy of free and leisurely days and the scent of cool summer, proves (G)I-DLE’s wide range of concept digestion skills and diverse musical spectrum that is not limited by genre.

The title song ‘Klaxon’ is a summer dance song that announces the arrival of an exciting summer with refreshing strings, brass sounds, groovy bass, and rhythmic guitar sounds. The catchy chorus that uses the sound of a car horn and the retro word ‘Klaxon’ give (G)I-dle a stylish Y2K mood with a new color.
Lyrics like ‘Honk honk hit the horn’ cleverly express the feelings of someone in love, and the music video, which is structured like a romantic musical, adds to the excitement.

All of the songs on this album were written and composed by (G)I-dle members, solidifying their title as “self-producing artists” once again. In particular, “Neverland”, written solely by members Miyeon and Yuqi, is a song like a letter from (G)I-dle to their fandom “Neverland.” The lyrics candidly describe (G)I-dle’s journey of finally meeting Neverland after going through an endless amount of time and countless paths and the beginning of their own journey at that moment. “Neverland” is a folk rock song with an impressive flowing guitar riff. It allows a glimpse into the warm hearts of (G)I-dle as they rush to meet Neverland, forgetting all the tiring and difficult moments and wanting to dream a new dream together.

In addition, the second track, ‘Last Forever’, is a song written by member Woogi, and sings about the footsteps of (G)I-dle who have been running without rest for the past 7 years.
